What is the size of the dual port adapter connecting to the water line?

The dual port adapter fits 3/8" water lines, which is the most common size.

I'm a renter and can't modify plumbing. What should I do?

No need to worry! The Aquavis Pulse utilizes your existing faucet, eliminating the need for drilling or plumbing modifications. Simply attach it to the cold water line under your sink. It's easy to uninstall and take with you to your next residence.

How often should I replace the filter, and what is the cost?

To maintain system efficiency and prevent bacterial growth, replace the filter every six months or upon reaching the specified 500-gallon capacity for the Aquavis filter. Does it remove fluoride?

We are currently running 3rd party tests to determine the level of fluoride reduction with the Aquavis Pulse 10. Given that it's a catalytic activated carbon filter, we anticipate that it does reduce fluoride. We'll have data in Spring 2025.

Excellent product

This is an excellent product! Delivered very quickly, extremely easy installation, and an impeccable customer service, any questions I had were answered immediately by knowledgeable and helpful staff, replacement of filters is as easy as opening a jar, twist it on and twist it off, fresh clean water couldn’t be easier

After years of Research, I made the best Choice!

I have been looking for a filter for my home for years. I didnt want to get a pitcher where Im throwing away multiple plastic filters and contributing to waste, and I dont believe those small filters actually get the yucky stuff out.
I also did not want a counter unit or try to add a separate faucet to my sink. Its very simple to install and its a small compact unit under the sink. Easy peasy.
Now I dont have to lug around the 5 gallon water refill jugs to the grocery store and in and out of my house!
Plus the customer service is ah-mazing, and they are environmentally friendly with their materials, which is huge for me. Love love love.

Needed to Return the Filter, Yet I Gave Five Stars

Customer service is everything! Ingenuity is as well. That's why when I did research about water filters, I chose Aquavis. And while I had to return the filter, it wasn't the fault of the company or the product. I just moved into a little lake house, and the filter wouldn't fit under the sink. Rob, the founder of the company, handled my return with kindness. To me, there's little more important than clean water, and for the reasons stated above, I'd recommend Aquavis.

Great Customer Service

My sink plumbing used a little out of the ordinary connections that didn't allow the use of the included dual port adapter. I got in touch with customer service and Rob sent me the adapter needed and I was able to finish the install. It's only been a day, but so far so good!
