Acquavis truly values its customers. A filter I ordered was not delivered. After waiting a few days to see if a neighbor got it by mistake, I reached out to Rob. I gave him all the information I had. His team looked into it, and then sent me a replacement filter. He didn’t have to do that. My wife and I are retired, so we’re on a fixed income. The filters are not cheap but my wife and I really like the water. These filters are very good. I use it not only for cooking, but I also use it to water the plants. It filters out the crap and leaves you with tasty water!

Installation was easy (another type of filter was already connected, but we were guided step by step on how to make the switch). After flushing the filter, we immediately noticed the water was smoother and tasted great!

I did a lot of research on water filters and overall yours is the easiest under counter to install.
It does a great job of filtering the water and the customer service very professional.

I was in the middle of a move and I am guessing I hadn't updated my chrome autofill all the way yet. Aquavis caught that there as a new discrepancy in-between my billing and shipping address and gave me a call to ensure my new filter was going to the correct location. Awesome customer service!

I’ve been going to the store for 30+ years refilling filtered water bottles. This filter is easy to install easy to use and gives you exceptional tasting water. I love the convenience of not having to run to the store and fill up 3 gallon jugs. I highly recommend. This product, you will not be disappointed.
