Filtration Method

The Pulse 10 uses catalytic activated carbon to reduce contaminants through chemical adsorption and mechanical filtration — capturing dissolved chemicals, chlorine byproducts, and fine particulates down to 0.5 microns, 140 times smaller than a human hair!

The Pulse 10 conforms to NSF/ANSI 42, NSF/ANSI 401, and NSF/ANSI/CAN 372 standards, with performance claims verified and substantiated by independent test data.

Care & Use

  • Install on COLD water lines only, within a temperature range of 40–100°F (4–38°C).
  • Maintain line pressure between 30–100 psi.
  • Install indoors, away from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures.
  • Do not use with microbiologically unsafe water or water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system.
  • In high-sediment conditions, filter changes may be required before the recommended 6-month interval.
  • Rated capacity: 750 gallons at 1.0 GPM.
  • Do not operate without the filter cartridge installed.

Will Aquavis lower my water's TDS reading?

Not necesarily, because TDS meters are not an effective way to measure a carbon filter's effectiveness. TDS meters measure the total concentration of dissolved minerals, salts, and other things in your water, both healthy and unhealthy. Some of these things are removed by Aquavis, and others are not. Aquavis targets specific contaminants, such as chlorine, lead, microplastics, chloramine, cysts, and more, and leaves healthy dissolved solids in your water. So it won't necessarily lower your overall TDS reading.

What is the size of the dual port adapter connecting to the water line?

The dual port adapter fits 3/8" water lines, which is the most common size.

I'm a renter and can't modify plumbing. What should I do?

We are currently running 3rd party tests to determine the level of fluoride reduction with the Aquavis Pulse 10. Given that it's a catalytic activated carbon filter, we anticipate that it does reduce fluoride. We'll have data in Spring 2025.

I have the aqua water filter installed in my kitchen under my sink. It was easy. It wasn’t messy in the system actually works. I have a water tester that chose the difference between plain water without the aqua filter. I need water with the aqua filter. There is a huge difference and well worth Drinking safe water.

Acquavis truly values its customers. A filter I ordered was not delivered. After waiting a few days to see if a neighbor got it by mistake, I reached out to Rob. I gave him all the information I had. His team looked into it, and then sent me a replacement filter. He didn’t have to do that. My wife and I are retired, so we’re on a fixed income. The filters are not cheap but my wife and I really like the water. These filters are very good. I use it not only for cooking, but I also use it to water the plants.
